We partner with schools to transform conventional classrooms into child-centric learning environments where children can learn from their own levels. Our model combines practical curriculum, hands-on materials, teacher training, sustained classroom mentoring, observation-based assessment and alignment with parents and school leaders.

We study real classroom challenges and use our findings to develop and strengthen practical education models. Our current work includes an individualised primary literacy model that is being implemented, studied and refined; teacher and mentor growth; child assessment; and ways to make high-quality classroom reform more scalable and sustainable.
