At Tejasvita, TVG is dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education to children in low-income communities and unlock every child's full potential.

At Tejasvita Trust, she leverages applied research to develop innovative programs that inspire joy of learning and elevate learning outcomes for children. Her empowerment approach to teacher training ensures that educators are well-equipped to foster environments where every child can thrive. Driven by her passion, Gayathri is committed to expanding these programs to impact more lives, believing deeply in their potential to make a lasting difference. She holds a Master of Education from Harvard University and a Master of Science from Stanford University.

Elevated outcomes in literacy and numeracy marked the full program's success, gaining acceptance among teachers and parents. Tejasvita expanded to another school, launched a primary school literacy program, and began impacting over 500 children annually.
One partner school fully adopted Tejasvita's child-centric curriculum and pedagogy, expanding to include literacy and numeracy. Parents were engaged through experiential workshops, enhancing understanding and support for child-centric education.
Tejasvita Trust continued its engagement with two Affordable Private Schools and deepened its impact by partnering with one to train their teachers in implementing the Tejasvita child-centric program, enhancing educational quality and consistency.
The impact study confirmed significantly elevated outcomes for children. As COVID-19 disrupted education, Tejasvita Trust adapted by launching online programs to continue supporting children's learning during the pandemic, ensuring ongoing educational engagement.
Tejasvita Trust launched a two-year study to assess the effectiveness of its curriculum in 3 affordable private schools, impacting 200 children annually. The study involved developing robust assessment frameworks to meticulously measure and analyze educational outcomes.
Tejasvita Trust began developing a child-centric preschool curriculum with a focus on social-emotional, pre-literacy, pre-numeracy, and aesthetic growth. Each activity was rigorously tested in classrooms and documented, establishing a scalable educational framework.
In response to high child attrition rates at Anganwadis, Tejasvita Trust redirected its efforts to two Affordable Private Schools in South Bangalore. This strategic move aimed to stabilize participation and enhance the sustainability and impact of our preschool program.
Shifting focus for greater impact, Tejasvita Trust moved its preschool program from SOS to two Anganwadi centers in South Bangalore. This transition allowed the implementation of our child-centric methods during school hours, optimizing engagement and learning outcomes.
