Founder Trustee

A startup veteran and advisor to many unicorn startups, TVG brings a wealth of experience and a visionary approach to Tejasvita Trust. He champions the power of mental stimulation in early childhood as crucial for developing language and cognitive skills. At Tejasvita, TVG is dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education to children in low-income communities and unlock every child's full potential.

Gayathri Tirthapura

Co-founder Trustee and Executive Director

With over 25 years of experience spanning education organizations and corporate sectors, Gayathri is a passionate educator who firmly believes in the transformative power of child-centric education. At Tejasvita Trust, she leverages applied research to develop innovative programs that inspire joy of learning and elevate learning outcomes for children. Her empowerment approach to teacher training ensures that educators are well-equipped to foster environments where every child can thrive. Driven by her passion, Gayathri is committed to expanding these programs to impact more lives, believing deeply in their potential to make a lasting difference. She holds a Master of Education from Harvard University and a Master of Science from Stanford University.

An entrepreneurial leader, Gautam brings a wealth of experience in founding new ventures and leading strategic investments. His proven expertise in structuring partnerships and managing board and C-level relationships has driven significant shareholder value. Success and Strategic Expansion

Elevated outcomes in literacy and numeracy marked the full program's success, gaining acceptance among teachers and parents. Tejasvita expanded to another school, launched a primary school literacy program, and began impacting over 500 children annually.
