Tejasvita Trust is an education non-profit that develops practical, evidence-informed responses to persistent classroom challenges in low-income schools. Our approach has evolved through years of working closely with children, teachers, mentors and school leaders, helping us understand both what meaningful classroom change looks like and what it takes to achieve it within everyday school realities.

We bring together applied research, curriculum and material development, and sustained educator capacity-building to create models that are educationally strong and practical for schools. Rather than offering short-term interventions, we focus on building the knowledge, confidence, systems and ownership that schools need to improve classroom practices and, over time, sustain the change independently.
