Our teacher training program is designed to equip aspiring and in-service educators with the skills and resources to transform preschool classrooms into child-centric, joyful learning environments.

With a focus on holistic development, this 100-hour program empowers teachers to design and implement affordable, play-based education that meets the diverse needs of children aged 3-6. Through our training, teachers learn to create environments that foster cognitive skills, literacy, numeracy, spoken language, social-emotional growth, motor skills, and creativity.
The course provides a hands-on, experiential learning experience. Participants are guided in developing NEP-aligned classrooms that evoke the joy of learning, increase engagement, and ensure every child progresses throughout the academic year. This program also gives aspiring and in-service teachers the tools to build effective teaching practices grounded in years of research and classroom experience.
Drawing from our seven-year journey of working with low-income communities in Bangalore, our training incorporates proven methods that have significantly improved learning outcomes. During the course, participants will gain access to a supportive community and receive comprehensive teacher manuals with over 500 lessons and 300 children’s picture book ideas, all tailored for a child-centric approach.
Delivered through a blend of online self-paced modules and live sessions, the program ensures flexibility and thorough guidance. By the end of the training, teachers are well-equipped to implement National Curriculum Framework aligned play-based pedagogy, bringing a profound impact on the children they teach.
